Over the last 18 months, ESSCO has gone through several exciting, positive changes within our business, with you the customer in mind.
- Added Dyson equipment to our product portfolio to provide you a premier brand vacuum to drive foot traffic into your store.
- Redesigned our Ohio warehouse to provide you with new value-added services, such as Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA).
- Launched a new, improved website www.essco.net. With its new streamlined menus, simplified navigation, and responsive layout, conducting business with Essco has never been easier.
The driving force behind all these changes is to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. And our commitment to improving our level of service doesn’t stop there!
We are pleased to announce exciting plans to provide even better service to our West Coast customers currently served by our Portland, OR and Fontana, CA facilities! Effective February 1, 2018, these customers will be served from our new facility located in Reno, NV.
Investing in one, much larger West Coast facility will allow us to carry a broader, deeper selection of inventory. With the additional space we will be able to extend our FBA, drop ship, and other services to the West Coast. The new facility will provide additional capacity to support continued growth in volume and product lines. This location will enable us to meet our commitment of reaching 95% of our customers in two or less shipping days.
The transition from our two current warehouses to our new facility will occur during the month of January. The last shipping date for orders processed out of our Portland, OR and Fontana, CA facilities is January 5th. Beginning on February 1st, we will commence shipments from our new facility in Reno, NV. During the transitional period between January 8th -January 31st, your orders will be processed and shipped from either our Twinsburg, OH or Smyrna, GA facilities. It will be important for all dealers during this transitional period who are impacted by this change to have their orders placed prior to 12:00 PM PST to ensure same day shipments. We will work closely with our carriers to minimize transit time on your ground shipments during this transitional period. Our sales team will work with our operations team to assist all those customers who may be potentially impacted by this change, to ensure a smooth transition of service.
We are extremely grateful to our dedicated employees who have served our customers over the years from both our Portland and Fontana facilities, and look forward to providing our customers an even higher level of service from our new Reno, NV facility.
